Pretty good overall

Pretty good. Would be really nice if the WGT software supported multiple users. I’d pay more if it did.

Great item, would have given 5 stars except for the need to buy license yearly to expand functions of device. Basic use does not require license, but is very limited.

SkyTrak with a Samsung Tablet

MIxed. I needed help from the Help Desk to set up the device. They weren't very useful. One of them kept trying to use Network Mode to connect my Samsung S5e to the monitor. I tried to explain that switching to the SKYTRAK Wifi network to do this turrned off my home network which carried the screen image from the tablet to the screen projector. I eventually figured out that I had to use USB mode to connect to the monitor, but I did this pretty much on my own.

Hello John, We apologize for your experience, we always strive to have the best customer service we can. Normally you would not have to connect the SkyTrak via USB as it should connect either through the network or directly, and not shut off the home network. However, every situation is different, and we are happy that you were able to get it figured out. Call our sales line if you run into anymore issues.
