General Refund Policy
All products include a return policy of 30 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Return Shipping Fees
Per manufacturer guidelines, customer is responsible for return shipping fees for most products. We encourage shipping insurance and tracking.
Once your return is received and found to be in like-new condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three days to three weeks, pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged without cost to you. For some items you will not need to return the items. Instead, sending photos will warrant a fast and easy replacement without the hassle. Please email us your photos and concerns and we will let you know which items don't need to be returned. Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. If you'd like to cancel an order contact is via phone, email or chat immediately to avoid manufacturer fees. Most manufacturer brands charge restocking and shipping fees if the item left the warehouse. If the product(s) has shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees. If the item has not shipped, refunds will be issued to the original credit card / form of payment used when placing your order.
