  • Box 2: Pro Turf Golf Mat (ships out of GA)
  • Box 3: Net Return Simulator Series Net and Projector Mount Kit (each Simulator Series is handmade. ships within 7-14 days out of NJ )
  • Free Shipping includes free regular delivery for non-freight items in the Continental US. SkyTrak & Net Return products are not eligible for shipping to APO/FPO addresses, non-continental US addresses, nor International addresses.
  • All SkyTrak orders ship within 1-2 business days and are delivered within 1-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email when your item ships out.
  • All Net Return Simulator Series orders ship within 7-14 days and are delivered within 1-5 business days. You will receive a separate tracking number via email once your item ships out. 
  • All orders include a 30-day money-back guarantee. See "Returns & Refunds" below for requirements. Requirements must be followed in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. All orders are shipped without signature confirmation. If signature confirmation is requested, additional fees may apply. When an order is shipped, we send the tracking number for that order. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight company, Shop Indoor Golf, SkyTrak, and The Net Return are not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders. You may opt to request a signature confirmation, as stated above for an additional fee, to avoid a “non-receivable” situation.

Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. If an order is refused at time of delivery for any reason, incurred freight charges and any additional fees may apply.

Returns & Refunds
All SkyTrak and Net Return products have a 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy. Products eligible for return/exchange must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered and must contain all original product packaging and accessories. Please contact us for return instructions. If there are damages associated, SkyTrak may require photos in order to process the return.

Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund. Customers returning materials unrelated to manufacturing defects will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus original and return shipping. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

Orders can usually be cancelled without penalty if they haven't been shipped yet. If you'd like to cancel an order please do so immediately to avoid fees.
