I ordered my sim package through The Indoor Golf Shop and highly recommend them. The product is excellent and came well packaged and was easy to put together. All high quality materials. When I unboxed my enclosure, there were missing items. few min chat with customer service and it all got sorted out. 30 mins later an email from UPS indicating my shipment was on the way.
United StatesAlmost a great bundle
All products seem to be great quality. The screen and enclosure construction were relatively straight forward. The universal projector mount seemed to be for a shorter ceiling (9’) so I had to get a longer mount to accommodate my 10’6” ceiling. There was no recommendation or option regarding mount extension. Would also be much easier if recommended projector throw distances were provided. Had to do some research to dial this in. My only real complaint is that the SigPro 4x10 mat was backordered, but this was never communicated until I reached out to customer service a month later. In total, it took 6 weeks to get all of the bundle pieces.

The SIG10 is really a nice product. The online videos of construction didn't match the product - in that I received self locking poles. Which was easier so that's ok. The instructions for the projector were not helpful, something just simply discussing distance from screen for mounting would have been good. That aside, amazing and I'm very happy with my purchase.
