I love the set up and the accuracy is top notch. Just played first round on course since practicing with simulator and my game has already improved tremendously. Also got the entire setup in 1 month instead of the 12-14 weeks told upon purchase. 5 stars no doubt!
United StatesDisappointed with SkyTrak customer service
After more than a whole week of having the simulator set up, we still have not been able to play. After downloading the SkyTrak software, I was unable to get the prepaid membership card to work. I spoke with The Indoor Golf Shop customer service, and his suggestion did not work, so I was referred to SkyTrak directly for assistance. After live chatting with their customer service and giving them the device serial number, he informed me SkyTrak was bought out by GolfTech, and I would need to talk to them. I have called and left messages, and none were returned. I tried live chats, and wait times were extremely long. Yesterday, I finally had time to sit for 38 minutes waiting for someone to respond. Over an hour after the first response, he tells the card probably didn’t work because we purchased the simulator after the merger happened. He had to submit a ticket for someone to help. More than 24 hours later and still no answers. I’m not saying it’s the seller’s fault, but I sure hope I don’t have to jump through hoops every time we need some technical support with the software. Hopefully, we are happy with our purchase once it’s up and running.

One phone call and they listened to our needs and restrictions and were able to provide to us within 6 weeks a solution for our team. IGS is bar none above all others. I made a mistake with my order and selected the 12 when I should have chose the 10. After the ice glares from my wife, I swallowed my pride and called. THE SAME DAY, they shipped out a 10, and created a return label for the 12. Customer service is paramount to these guys. Furthermore, their impact screens…wow. Easily the best I have ever used.
