Playing Online and in global tournaments with trackman

Now that you’ve sharpened your skills in various practice environments, it’s time to put your game to the ultimate test. Trackman offers the best online competitive environment for golfers.

Whether you want to compete against a friend halfway around the world or tee it up in a professional tournament for real money, there are more options than ever to test your game with online play.

Let’s go through the options available.

Online Play

Through the Trackman App, you can now add friends from all over the world to compete against.

It’s as simple as inviting them through their intuitive interface, selecting the course, and then adjusting the settings (tees, turf firmness, wind, etc).

If you love to compete, this is a great way to test your game against your buddies and add more pressure to your home simulator environment

Local and Global Tournaments

Through the Trackman interface, you also have the option to join tons of local or global tournaments.

Local leagues are created by simulator facilities or various groups of golfers. There can be different team formats (scramble or best ball), stroke play competitions, and the opportunity to create a prize pool.

Through the Trackman app, you can also access a variety of virtual tournaments where you compete against players from around the world on different virtual courses

NEXT Golf Tour

The NEXT golf tour offers purses upwards of $200,000 for golfers chasing their professional ambitions. Their mixed-field events allow male and female golfers to compete against 1,000 other players for a winner’s check of $30,000 and other prizes.

Other significant prizes include DP World Tour and LIV Golf invitations.

These tournaments have become quite popular with spectators as well. Players record live videos of their rounds through the NEXT app that are available for replay on the leaderboard. Viewers can watch a split-screen view of every shot, seeing the golfer’s swing and the simulated ball flight.

The Faldo Virtual Series

For junior golfers looking to compete against one another, the Faldo Virtual series is now played on 25,000 Trackman simulators worldwide.

Anyone from ages 7-21 can take part in the tournament series, which has different categories based on age and gender.

Plenty of prizes are available, such as a chance to play in the grand final event (travel expenses covered), free subscriptions to simulator facilities, and much more.
