We’re overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude that you have trusted us with your business! Due to the increased volume of orders this holiday season, our manufacturing team is doing everything possible to keep up with the demand. We are working hard to get your order created & shipped as soon as it is processed.
For all products by The Indoor Golf Shop (Screens, Enclosures, Golf Mats, and Hitting Strips), we are seeing a ship time of 14-20 Business Days. Our team is working hard to decrease those lead times to get the products to you sooner. We deeply apologize for these unforeseen delays, but we want to make sure we communicate these timelines with you immediately. Please see below for more details on individual product types.

Commercial Enclosures purchased between December 2-6 will be shipped by January 9, 2025.
Commercial Enclosures purchased between December 7-16 will be shipped by January 17, 2025.
Commercial Enclosures purchased between December 7-25 will be shipped by January 24, 2025.
SIG8 Kits purchased before December 4 will be shipped by December 31, 2024.
SIG8 Kits purchased between December 5-12 will be shipped by January 17, 2025.
SIG8 Kits purchased between December 13-26 will be shipped by January 24, 2025.

Golf simulator Package
Golf Simulator Packages include a launch monitor, projector, enclosure, golf mat, and landing pad turf.
Your order may be shipped as separate packages and will arrive at different times.
These Products are subject to our shipping delays and orders are being built-to-order as quickly as possible. We have seen increased delays in manufacturing this holiday season!

Golf Simulator Enclosure
We manufacture our SIG Enclosures in house to ensure the highest quality materials and products are being sent to our customers.
During this holiday season we have seen an incredible influx of orders for our SIG Enclosures. We are doing our best with all outstanding orders being manufactured-to-order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for each item that has shipped.
Golf MAts
We manufacture our Golf Mats in house to ensure the highest quality materials and products are being sent to our customers.
During this holiday season we have seen an incredible influx of orders for our SIGPRO Golf Mats. All outstanding orders are being manufactured-to-order, and new orders can expect a 14-20 day lead time minimum before shipping. We are doing our best to keep up with this increased demand.

Launch Monitors
We carry many launch monitor brands and have limited stock in house. Several of our launch monitor products ship directly from the manufacturer.
Launch Monitor Companies with Shipping Delays:
Uneekor: 2-4 Week Shipping. We are working closely with Uneekor for shipping updates. They have communicated they are working over the next several days to fulfill our open orders!
Projectors
We have limited stock for projectors and Dropship directly from our projector partners. Please refer to the shipping lead time for BenQ & Optoma Projectors.
