Being an online store we want to ensure items are delivered as soon as possible! Some items will be shipped directly from our warehouse located in Dallas, Texas. Other items will ship directly from the manufacturer.

SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICIES

Find out more about our shipping policies to the lower 48 states & North America. As an online store we want to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. There are some items we manufacture in house and ship from our warehouse located in Texas. Other items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure a speedy delivery!

Free / Paid Shipping

Orders to the lower 48 continental United States may qualify for free shipping.


*Some products are excluded from Free Shipping due to freight charges - shipping assessed at checkout *

Canada Shipping

For our valued customers in Canada, please note that orders will be subject to a parcel handling fee of $49. For larger items requiring freight handling, a charge of $139 will be applied. These fees ensure the safe and timely delivery of your purchases. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the best service possible.

Order & Shipping Confirmation

Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that The Indoor Golf Shop has received the order in the system. Once the order is received, The Indoor Golf Shop immediately reaches out to its suppliers to confirm the item ordered is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item ordered is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, The Indoor Golf Shop will let the customer know via email. Once the product(s) ordered are ready for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped.

An email with tracking info will be sent to the customer within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking info within 3 days after the lead time posted at the top of the product page, please contact us at support@ShopIndoorGolf.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.

Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight/shipping company, The Indoor Golf Shop is not responsible for any “nonreceivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders.

Shipping From The Indoor Golf Shop

Items that are apart of The Indoor Golf Shop brand will be shipping from our warehouse located in Dallas, TX. These items will typically have a SIG or SIGPRO in the title.

Shipping From The Product Manufacturer

Although we try and stock items from all of our partners we are limited by our warehousing space. Shipping directly from our partners helps with our shipping team & helps the items get to your door faster.

Items that will most likely be shipped from their respective manufacturer will be technology like Launch Monitors, Projectors, and other accessory products.

Shipping Lead Times

Shipping lead times can be found on every product page - under the "Add to Cart" button. If you are looking for a specific shipping lead time you can search through our full lead time catalog (updated weekly)

*Most shipments are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. Depending on the value of the item being purchased, orders may be shipped with signature confirmation required. Some orders are shipped with signature confirmation required - dependent on order value. This means that an adult over the age of 18 must be present at time of delivery to sign for and accept the product.

ORDER UPDATES & CANCELLATIONS

As an online store we want to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. There are some items we manufacture in house and ship from our warehouse located in Texas. Other items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to ensure a speedy delivery!

Updating My Order

If you are wanting to edit your order after placing it please get back to us as soon as you can!

Standard Items: If you want to edit your order please contact us here. Standard items are basic items sold on our website that do not require any customizations.


Custom Items:
If you want to edit a custom product please let us know within 24 hours. Once our manufacturing team starts on a Custom Product, there is little we can do without having to restart the process.

Cancelling My Order

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours to avoid a 3% merchant processing fee. Cancellations for orders which have been shipped, the customer is responsible for shipping costs as well as the 3% merchant processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled after an item has shipped will be treated as a regular 30-day return item and return shipping & restocking fees may apply.

RETURN POLICIES

Whether there's an issue with your product, it's not what you thought it would be, or you just want to return your item, we offer hassle free returns specified in our Return Policies below!

Return Policy From The Indoor Golf Shop

30 Day Easy Return Policy:

  • If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days.
  • Customer is responsible for Return Shipping & Restocking Fee will be assessed and deducted from refund. *All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.* 

How Do I Make A Return?

  • Customers must reach out to The Indoor Golf Shop in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Please email support@shopindoorgolf.com or call us at 855-966-5835.
  • You will then ship the item(s) back The Indoor Golf Shop where it will be inspected & assessed for the respective restocking fee & refund.  
  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). 
  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.

*Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.* 

*If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that The Indoor Golf Shop will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.*

Receipt Of Products & Damages

An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement shipped to you.

Claims:

  • Parcel Claims: 14 Day Window to contact us that the package was received damaged or missing.
  • Freight Claims: Please contact us within 24 hours of your freight delivery if there is visible damage. Freight Claims must be submitted with our freight carrier within 5 Days of Delivery.

Manufacturer Defects

If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund.

Return Policies from our Partners

SkyTrak Return Policy: SkyTrak includes a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your SkyTrak launch monitor within your first 30 days, please contact customer support for a full refund.

Uneekor Return Policy - Uneekor return policy is the earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt and supersedes the above listed policy.

FlightScope Return Window - FlightScope return policy is 30-days and supersedes the above listed policy.

HD Golf Simulator Return Policy - All HD Golf simulator sales are final and ineligible for returns - this supersedes the above listed policy.

TruGolf Simulator Return Policy - All TruGolf simulator sales are final and ineligible for returns - this supersedes the above listed policy.
