PGA Show 2026 Overview & Interviews
PGA Show 2026 Overview
Every year, our team heads to Orlando, Florida for the PGA Show—one of our favorite opportunities to connect face-to-face with the vendors and technology partners shaping the future of golf. It’s where we get hands-on with the newest products, software, and accessories launching in 2026. This article is broken down by brand and by each day we attended, starting with Demo Day.
PGA Show 2026 Demo Day Interviews
For the first beautiful day of the PGA Show we wandered the Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge to talk with FlightScope, Rapsodo, and Full Swing! Each tent we visited we learned more about some new items or software that are being released in 2026!
Full Swing
Our first stop at Demo Day was at the Full Swing tent with their Senior Director of Marketing Justin Fierro to learn about their Full Swing Combine Powered By CLIPPD.
The Combine is a practice feature powered by Clippd that scores every shot you hit to help you understand how well you’re really performing. It highlights what you’re doing well, where you can improve, and turns practice into something more focused and effective. It’s a great way to lock in your game and one of those hidden features that can make a big difference once you start using it.
Rapsodo Golf
Our next stop for Demo Day was at the Rapsodo Booth. There we spoke to Bryce Doughty, Senior Sales Specialist. He walked us through some features of the MLM2PRO.
He also mentioned that they will be releasing their newest prototype on the show floor this week. This unit is a new ceiling mounted unit called the CLM2PRO! Stay tuned this week as we learn more from them about this new unit! They are also going to release a new PC App that will be compatible with the CLM2PRO as well as the MLM2PRO.
FlightScope
Our final stop at Demo Day was with FlightScope where we met with Jordan Vogler, Content and Application Specialist, who gave us an update on their newest releases!
The MEVO GEN2 was released earlier last year and now you can add Pro Package and Face Impact Location to the unit. They're also introducing the FlightScope Range Gen2, designed specifically for commercial indoor facilities and multi-bay range setups. It’s built for permanent installations and uses power over Ethernet instead of an internal battery. Right out of the box, it provides 20 key data points, with the option to add the Pro Package or Face Impact Location. This unit is set to be released June or July of 2026.
PGA Show 2026 Convention Center Interviews
Rapsodo
Our first stop on the show floor was at the Rapsodo booth with Justin Bryan to go more in depth about their new ceiling mounted unit, the CLM2PRO.
The Rapsodo CLM2PRO is an upcoming overhead, fully optical golf launch monitor designed specifically for indoor golf simulator setups and mounts to the ceiling as low as 9' and requires just 7' of total depth, making it ideal for home simulators and commercial installations alike. This launch monitor delivers club and ball data with no stickers, no marked balls, and no manual calibration.
The CLM2PRO pairs with Rapsodo’s new PC-based simulator software, featuring enhanced practice modes, shot replay, overhead video, and a significantly upgraded on-course experience. Using Unity-powered course scanning and official partnerships, Rapsodo is expanding its library of high-quality, realistic golf courses, including licensed venues like Pebble Beach.
Expected launch is sometime in late 2026.
Square Golf
We then met with Jinyoung Yang, Marketing Manager, at the Square Golf booth to go more in depth about their brand new Square Golf Omni Launch Monitor.
The all-new Square Golf Omni Launch Monitor represents a major upgrade to Square Golf’s popular sub-$1,000 launch monitor. Designed as a side-mounted launch monitor, the Omni delivers full indoor and outdoor golf simulation with significantly upgraded hardware - while still coming in under $2,000.
One of the biggest improvements is the move to a no-marked-ball system and features a larger hitting zone and a new four-camera optical system, doubling the camera count from the original model for improved accuracy and consistency.
Golfers can track up to 14 ball and club data parameters, and use the monitor both at home and on the range. The unit has a projected price around $1,600 with no subscription fees and is expected to release later this year in 2026.
ProTee
We then met with Jamel Ziaty, Lead Developer, at the ProTee booth to go more in depth about their newest software updates!
ProTee showcased major progress on its golf simulator software, with a clear focus on user-generated course creation.
Rather than prioritizing gameplay first, ProTee has centered development on making course design more accessible. The new editor lowers the barrier for designers to build high-quality, realistic golf courses, while giving everyday golfers access to a growing library of community-created layouts. This approach allows simulator players to benefit directly from creative enthusiasts without needing to design courses themselves.
Garmin
Next, we met with Scott Moore, Product Manager, at the Garmin booth to discuss some exciting new developments!
Garmin launched a dedicated Home Tee Hero simulator app, now available to R10 users at no additional cost with an active subscription. The updated app features sharper, more realistic graphics, a new on-course practice mode, improved course elevation modeling, and access to enhanced versions of top courses like Pebble Beach and Augusta National.
Garmin also unveiled the Approach G82, an upgraded GPS rangefinder with built-in radar and introduced its first junior golf watch, designed specifically for young players. The watch includes adaptive tee placement guidance, pace-of-play reminders, and course-adjusted distances to help junior golfers enjoy the game while keeping rounds moving smoothly.
UNEEKOR
We later met up with Global Marketing Director James Murphy from Uneekor to discuss new software updates and their new AI Trainer "AIMY".
Designed to function like a virtual swing coach, AIMY delivers personalized, conversational feedback using real-time ball data, club data, and camera-based swing analysis. Golfers can input key details - such as handicap, handedness, and goals - then receive tailored guidance on posture, spine angle, head movement, foot position, and overall swing mechanics.
Alongside AIMY, Uneekor also announced a major GameDay software upgrade, introducing a global tournament feature launching in Summer 2026. This new functionality allows users to create and compete in online golf simulator tournaments with friends, home users, and commercial facilities worldwide.
Foresight Sports
Next we met with Matt Gruber, Product Manager from Foresight Sports to discuss the new software for 2026!
He discussed major software upgrades coming later this year! Top of mind is the new next-generation simulation software, scheduled for release later in 2026, which features an upgraded physics engine, enhanced graphics, and a modernized user interface designed to mirror the sleek look of the Foresight mobile app. The new simulator software will be available to all Foresight Sports and Bushnell Golf launch monitor users.
In addition, the Foresight App is receiving a fresh visual redesign alongside the introduction of a new Training Facility mode, which adds structured practice drills to create more engaging and goal-driven range sessions. Another notable update includes shot tracer visualization, allowing golfers to clearly see ball flight when hitting into nets or enclosures.
Golfin
Next we met with Danek Hadley, Director of Business Development at Golfin to learn about the new IDRA PRO!
The IDRA PRO, set to be released this summer, features a three-camera system with dual lighting, enabling full club and ball data with no stickers, dots, or marked balls required. New data points include measured spin and attack angle, providing deeper insight for fittings, swing analysis, and player development.
The unit maintains a wide 32-inch hitting zone, giving golfers more freedom at address and making it ideal for both home golf simulators and commercial golf facilities. And it's built as a seamless upgrade from the IDRA II since it uses the same mounting bracket, this allows existing users to easily swap units following the release!
DROP TEE
Next we met with the Owner of Drop Tee, Jordan Doolittle, to learn about his unique invention that is sure to take the indoor golf world by storm!
Drop Tee is an innovative automatic golf tee system designed specifically for indoor golf simulators that is built to eliminate the hassle of bending down or chasing tees or golf balls.
As the thinnest auto tee on the market at just 1.6 inches thick, Drop Tee installs flush into most hitting mats and clearly defines tee placement. Golfers simply roll the ball onto the hitting area, and the system automatically tees it up. Tee height is easily adjusted by pressing down with the clubhead and is remembered for future shots, with a height range from ½ inch to 2 inches.
Compatible with popular golf mats and available with custom-cut mat options, Drop Tee is a smart upgrade for anyone looking to improve efficiency, consistency, and convenience in an indoor golf simulator setup.
TRACKMAN
Our last stop of the show was at Trackman, where we met with Niklas Bergdahl, Head of Product - Trackman University to discuss the swing training updates!
Niklas walked us through the Swing Trainer which is an advanced golf coaching experience that combines ball data, club data, and 3D body motion analysis to help golfers understand not just what their ball is doing, but why it’s happening.
Powered by a fully calibrated two-camera system, Trackman creates a three-dimensional view of the golfer’s movement that’s synced directly with Trackman launch monitor data.
That wraps up our time at the 2026 PGA Show in Orlando! Stay tuned for the latest releases and updates throughout the year at shopindoorgolf.com.
