Our Support Team has been trained on how to install software, calibrate launch monitors, position projectors, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Scheduling Your Appointment

1. Select Your Service

Select Installation & Setup Services or Troubleshooting. Select the time you need for the appointment.

2. Select Your Hours

Use the dropdown to select how much time you are requesting (1 or 2 Hour Appointment times)

3. Select your Date & Time.

Click the schedule time button to select a date and time that works best for your schedule. We need at least 24 hours notice for our appointment booking!

4. Schedule Your Appointment & Pay

Once you have selected your date & time, please tell us what technology you are needing assistance with and any other information that can help our team!

Once you have that, please add the appointment to your cart & checkout!

5. Download Teamviewer

For Virtual Assistance, our team will need to remotely access your laptop or PC. We utilize the platform teamviewer to do this.
