I bought thus mat because my cheaper mat was causing my elbow and wrist to hurt. The other plus is that if you hit the ball fat the club won't trampoline into the ball. I'm happy with my purchase.

This lush hitting strip is a dream for people with joint issues. Wife’s wrists are happy, my elbow and shoulder get less impact with this strip. Great product! Will buy again for sure.

Amazing hitting strip well worth the cost. My wrist was beginning to ache using a cheap substitute so I finally opened my wallet and treated myself to the softy. The mat penalizes for errant shots while it is also very easy on the joints which was my main concern. I cut out the strip in my old mat. It was difficult to get the strip to lay flush. I may end up buying the 4x7. If you’re ocd, just buy the 4x7.

United StatesI have had the mat for 4 months. It’s holding up very well with only about an 1/8” divot where I normally place my ball. It’s also forgiving on miss hits. No injuries or aggravations caused by the Matt yet.
