First off, customer service was fantastic! As for the mat, its very study for the price. However, it's a really really squishy/soft and doesn't really feel like hitting off a fairway. My hands get shocked when hitting. I'm used to practicing off of a Fiberbuilt mat at my local course -- don't have similar issues with that matt. I'm happy with the purchase, but I don't think I'd rebuy this model when I'm ready to replace.

This item is absolutely worth it especially considering the price point. I often golf at a simulator at a local course and find this fairway man to be much better quality. I can use a normal size tee without issue and the mat itself is forgiving without being unrealistic. I am very happy with this mat and it pairs wonderfully with the Net Return and side nets.

United StatesMixed bag — too squishy to stand on comfortably
The hitting surface is great. However, I would not recommend standing on the Fairway Series because it is too squishy and unstable. I think it’s basically a flawed product and recommend looking at their SIGPRO series instead. These are not easy to return so think about what you are using this for. If you are only looking for a hitting surface, it is a good buy and you can probably cut it into smaller sections to use with some kind of stance mat.
