Featuring The SIGPRO Softy Hitting Strip

SIGPRO Softy Design

Softy’s innovative design starts in the middle with a super soft foam insert. A plush layer of 1-inch thick Teeline turf mimics real grass feel while providing 100% accurate feedback on great shots and mishits. A thin layer of responsive ABS polyurethane allows for the flex action to occur at impact and then returns the turf to its original shape.

Three compression slots on the bottom of the Softy act as release valves so as the turf is compressed at impact, the air pressure dissipates giving the golfer a realistic and smooth follow through without the sharp vibrations that other hitting mats produce.

The SIG Pro Softy 4x10 Golf Mat has been the perfect upgrade for my setup---hitting shots feels great on my elbows and the interlocking nature of the matt and tee sections makes for a flexible and easy setup process. The indoor golf team was quick in fulfilling the order and I would definately buy from them again.

SIGPRO Softy 4' x 10' Golf Simulator Hitting Mat

I was using a fairly decent hitting mat prior to purchasing the SIGPRO Softy, but I could definitely feel those thick shots in my arms and shoulders. I don't feel any of that discomfort with the SIGPRO Softy. I can play several rounds per day in the simulator with zero issues, and I'm not concerned with injuries in the future. If you've got the cash to invest, the SIGPRO Softy is really the only way to go. PRO TIP: You probably don't need the 4' x 10' unless you plan on playing a lot of rounds where right-handed and left-handed golfers will both be playing simultaneously.
