One year warranty for residential use and covers rips and tears in screen material when subjected to golf ball strikes over a period of time. Screen must be unaltered & used as intended.
Example of improper use: memory foam behind screen - if you will be placing memory foam or weighted blankets behind the screen, you must ensure that there is sufficient gap between it and the screen. The screen is designed to take the impact of the ball and transfer it evenly across the entirety of the surface. If memory foam, weighted blankets, or any another material are touching or too close to the screen, the golf ball strike is concentrated at the point of impact and will cause the screen wear rapidly.

I didn't have the space to do a "high res" screen. I researched a lot of screens but this one continued to get great reviews. I was a little worried about going 1 to 1 and an 8x8 on the screen, but this screen is awesome. Great material, great picture. Would definitely highly recommend. Now if someone can please help me with my shank shot problem.

Aesthetics - The screen looks smooth and very white. There were a few wrinkles from shipping, but they've smoothed out over time. Sound - I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet this screen is. For reference, the sound of hitting the ball is louder than the ball hitting the screen. Response - By adjusting the ball bungees, I easily set the screen's response to return drives back to my hitting area (11'). After watching the backside and balls impact the screen, my guess would be that it gives about 4-5". Video - I have the Benq TH671st at 9' and the image looks crisp and bright.

Just built my first home sim setup, I was very worried about sound and bounce back based on things I had read since I have a fairly small space (9x9 image) but the sound it nothing compared to the club and the balls drop straight down with the tension I have it at. Great image quality, shipped much faster than the 4 weeks they said at checkout
