The enclosure and other parts are top of the line but even more important is having someone who answers the phone and supports the product every step of the way. They have been awesome

Edit: the sales manager Ricky called me back and offered to make it right. More importantly, he was courteous and listened to the issue I was having. We were able to solve it with a simple solution.

Need better setup instructions

Sig10 enclosure great, although attaching the Velcro is much more difficult than the video implies. The Skytrak+ works well. Indoor Golf needs to coordinate the instructions for the various components. Had to guess on projector setup and hitting light location. Relied on YouTube. E6 install was difficult, the Trugolf E6 tech apologized for the lack of clarity by Indoor Golf. Turns out that the Skytrak and E6 apps cannot both be open at the same time. No instructions on how to maximize the benefits of the E6 that I can only guess are available. I would suggest that someone should witness a normal person try to do the complete install from setup of the enclosure, installing the ceiling projector, to loading the software, and to playing a round at Bandon Dunes on the Skytrak+.
