Uneekor Eye XO Sig 10
Hunter and the team helped me switch from a QED to an eye XO flawlessly once I realized the different placements of the launch monitor. I just got it set up and only hit a few shots but I absolutely love the system and can’t say enough good things about the customer service
Uneekor QED with Sig 10
Great experience working with Indoor Golf Shop. The simulator arrived quickly and packaged well to prevent damage in shipping. Set up was relatively easy. I had some issues connecting E6 software to the QED launch monitor. I made an appointment and the tech solved the issue quickly. The computer gaming package made set up easier and graphics great. I would recommend the computer instead of an iPhone or iPad. Image is much better.

From start to finish the overall experience has been great. The staff is beyond amazing and extremely helpful. Would only recommend these guys for I looked for months before purchasing a simulator. Again the staff will go above and beyond to help with all the questions and any issues you don’t understand. Highly recommend !!!

Issues
First off, from my experience, in my humble opinion, is a GREAT experience. With that being said, at times very difficult to talk to someone. I am very new to the simulator world. I would go days without questions being answered. The company would ALWAYS be reassuring when I did. The quality of the products shipped, I was VERY SATISFYING. HONESTLY, probably better then I assumed. When you order , when you talk to someone, please be VERY specific of your questions. Again, in my humble opinion, the TGC 2019 far from meeting your expectations for the price invested. Do your homework. I personally purchased the uneekor QED, great product when it works. I purchased a $1800 gaming hard drive specifically for this simulator. Set up to the units specications.... and the install instigate VAGUE at beat. Once installed, it loses the license key, without warning. Uneekor reads club speed 103, ball speed 140, distance 40 yards. Uneekor customer service is a JOKE at best, email and calls...... ZERO ASSISTANCE. I feel this is a uneekor problem, not a shop indoor golf problem. Other then that, the putting and iron shots appears to be close to accurate. A very confusing situation. From my experience, you lose license keys in programs, lose accuracy and results with out any clue. Just figure that out yourself evidently. When the licensing is forwarded, windows 10 won’t allow you to copy and paste EVEN AFTER following the firewall, 3rd party, install instructions, bounces a person around and around without any real clarity. Again, I feel not a shop indoor golf problem, they just sell the product’s. With all this being said, I am far from a software person, I know computer basics. But when you play 37 holes, no problem, the the next day after shutting things down to 40 yard drives with zero idea why, good luck figuring it out. It what you have with the products I purchased and described. I am happy with uneekor when it works, I had to recalibrate it twice, reaching out to someone for answers and help. Good luck. I personally would have went with another product personally JUST DUE TO LACK OF SUPPORT.
