TruGolf Golf Simulators & Launch Monitors

TruGolf launch monitors start at $2,999 for the portable LaunchBox. The ceiling-mounted APOGEE costs more and is built for a dedicated simulator room. A complete TruGolf golf simulator package with an enclosure and impact screen starts at $5,499.99 with LaunchBox, and APOGEE packages are available in SIG8, SIG10, SIG12, DIY studio and garage versions.

Plan for software too. TruGolf sells E6 Golf 2026 as an annual subscription at $150, $300 or $450 per year, depending on the tier. LaunchBox includes an E6 CONNECT Home license that has no annual fee.

TruGolf's own advice is simple. If you can mount a unit to the ceiling, choose APOGEE. It stays out of the way, shows shots instantly and works for right and left handed players without moving anything. If your space is smaller or you want to take the unit to the range, choose LaunchBox. It is a 2.7 lb floor unit with its own display that works indoors or outside on a range mat.

APOGEE shows club head speed, club path, face angle, face to path, angle of attack, smash factor and spin loft. Ball data includes ball speed, launch angle, horizontal launch direction, backspin, side spin, carry and total distance. Flight data adds peak height, descent angle, offline distance, curvature, roll, flight time, shot shape and time to apex.

You do not need marked balls or clubs for most of this data. The one exception is dynamic loft and dynamic lie, which require TruGolf club stickers. After each swing, APOGEE also plays a slow-motion replay of the club through impact.

TruGolf requires APOGEE to be mounted between 9' and 10' high. Because it sits overhead, it works for right and left handed golfers from the same position. TruGolf says its launch monitors work in most rooms. For commercial facilities, TruGolf recommends at least 15' wide, 10' tall and 20' deep so most players can swing freely. If your ceiling is lower, LaunchBox sits on the floor and has no ceiling mount.

TruGolf now sells E6 Golf 2026 in three annual tiers. Improve is $150 per year for bag mapping, club fitting and practice tools. Play is $300 per year for 15,000+ courses. Enjoy is $450 per year and includes both. E6 Golf 2026 runs on Windows PCs.

E6 CONNECT Home is different. It is an owned license with 27 courses that runs on PC or iOS and does not require an annual subscription. It comes with LaunchBox.

Yes. TruGolf says LaunchBox can be used indoors or outside on a range mat. It weighs 2.7 lb and measures 9.53" x 7" x 5". The onboard display shows carry, ball speed, backspin, side spin, launch angle and launch direction right on the unit. Connect it to E6 to add club head speed, smash factor, apex, descent angle and shot type.

MultiSport ARCADE is a separate ceiling-mounted device from TruGolf that adds 14 sports games to a simulator, including soccer, hockey, baseball, football, bowling, basketball, corn hole, foot golf and disc golf. Up to 8 players can play at once. It works on its own, alongside any launch monitor from any golf simulator brand, so you can add it to a TruGolf setup or one you already own.

No. The Vista 8, Vista 10 and Vista 12 are discontinued, and they are not part of TruGolf's current lineup. TruGolf's current launch monitors are APOGEE and LaunchBox. If you want a full-screen TruGolf room like the Vista, an APOGEE SIG10 or SIG12 package is the closest match. It pairs the overhead APOGEE with an enclosure, impact screen and projector.

TruGolf's warranty runs for two years from the shipment date. It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and applies to the original purchaser only. Software, consumable parts, cosmetic damage, accidents and unauthorized repairs are not covered. Warranty returns need an RMA number from TruGolf and proof of purchase.
