Experience your virtual golf rounds with exceptional clarity and realism using the BenQ AK800ST 4K Laser Golf Simulator Projector. This advanced projector is engineered specifically for golf simulation, delivering a true 4K UHD resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. With a powerful 5,000 ANSI lumens of brightness and an impressive 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio, every detail on the course, from fairway mowing lines to bunker edges and the subtle contours around the green, is rendered with remarkable sharpness across your impact screen. The projector utilizes a laser light source, offering a long lifespan of 20,000 hours in normal mode and up to 30,000 hours in Eco mode, ensuring consistent performance without the need for frequent lamp replacements.
The BenQ AK800ST supports multiple aspect ratios, including its native 16:9, as well as 16:10, 4:3, and 1:1, allowing for versatile display options to match your screen. BenQ's Golf Mode 2.0 further enhances your experience by employing an AI video processor to meticulously tune each frame. This results in natural greens, blues, and earth tones that accurately reflect real golf courses, supported by 97% Rec. 709 color coverage and 30-bit color depth. The AK800ST is designed to be a central component of a hybrid setup, easily transitioning to movie or gaming mode with a single button press, making it ideal for a combined golf simulator and home theater environment.
AI-Powered Setup for Effortless Installation
Setting up your golf simulator has never been easier thanks to the BenQ AK800ST's AI-powered features. The Auto Golf Screen Fit 2.0 system uses a built-in camera to detect the shape, size, and curvature of your impact screen, automatically aligning the projected image in seconds. This camera-based screen detection ensures a perfect fit for both flat and curved screens, eliminating manual adjustments. For those with curved or wraparound screens, the Smart Warping feature allows for fine-tuning geometry by adding control points after the initial auto-fit.
Further simplifying the installation process, the projector includes motorized autofocus, allowing you to sharpen the entire image with a single press of the remote, removing the need for ladders or awkward manual adjustments. A 1.2x motorized zoom provides flexibility in image sizing without requiring you to reposition the projector once it's mounted. Additionally, 3D keystone correction offers ±30° vertical, horizontal, and rotation adjustment, accommodating off-angle installs and ensuring a perfectly rectangular image even in challenging room configurations. This makes the AK800ST a versatile choice for various room sizes and setups.
