I received excellent customer service when my Garmin R10 was put on backorder. (through no fault of shopindoorgolf) The backorder was going to be many months so they gave me a few reasonable options to allow me some flexibility. Most places wouldn't have gone out of their way to call me to let me know this was even possible so I was pretty stunned. They allowed me to put my previous payment towards a different unit (I went with the Skytrak, LOVE IT) and gave me 10% off for my inconvenience. I'm sure I am leaving this review in the totally wrong place, but that just goes to show how often I actually leave feedback good bad or otherwise.
