Great Experience
Great products combined together - make for a great kit. Setup went well - probably 5 hours including software setup time. There were some hickups with shipping - took a week longer than estimated. Software/hardware config stage would benefit from a youtube video walk through. Super happy with the purchase. Great experience overall.

Overall I’m very happy with my recent purchase. I practically use it everyday. I will say that I did have a lot of questions and a lot of things weren’t intuitive or not easy to find on the website. However, the customer service on the phone was amazing and very helpful. I appreciate them very much. The space I was planning for the simulator was very limited and precision of sizing was important. For example the softy hitting mat is very thick, which takes away from ceiling clearance. I did not know the dimensions of the mat, if I did I may have reconsidered purchasing it.
