Low Profile Design and Hitting Strip Details
The SIGPRO Softy LITE Golf Mat boasts a low profile design, measuring only 1-1/4 inches thick. This thinner mat is lighter and easier to store compared to other options. While it uses the same design as our signature Softy hitting strip, the Softy LITE hitting strip is thinner and does not have the same height. It features premium putting turf as the top layer, which means it cannot take a real tee. This mat is not a commercial-grade mat, making it an excellent choice for home use where a seamless, easily storable solution is desired.

The mat was as advertised by the staff. It is adequate for its thickness but probably not as good as the standard Softy.

Its low 1-1/4" height means minimal adjustment to your stance relative to your surrounding floor, contributing to a more natural feel during play. This mat is specifically designed to provide a stable and consistent surface for accurate ball data capture, whether you're using a photometric camera or dual Doppler radar system. For those considering golf simulators, this mat offers a reliable foundation for precise measurements of ball speed, launch angle, and spin rate.

Complement Your Golf Simulator Components
The SIGPRO Softy LITE mat is a crucial part of a complete golf simulator setup. It pairs well with various golf simulator enclosures and golf impact screens, providing a cohesive and functional practice environment. While the mat itself doesn't require specific software or membership tiers, its quality directly impacts the data collected by your launch monitor, which in turn feeds into platforms like E6 Connect or Awesome Golf. Ensuring a stable and realistic hitting surface is fundamental for getting the most out of your simulator, whether you're focusing on game improvement or just enjoying a virtual round.
