I opted for the EK-308U projector for my golf simulator, and it works exceptionally well. I mounted it from the ceiling about 16 feet from the screen, and even though the golfer is 13 feet from the screen there is no danger of him/her hitting the projector. The image is sharp and easy to see when the lights in the room are on. The image is good enough that we're planning to use the setup for movie nights with the grandkids. The instructions for mounting the projector are good, but not great. My son helped with the installation, and there were a couple of redos on threading the wires through the mounting arm because the diagram only showed the HDMI cable when, in fact, the power cable also goes through the arm, and it has to go through first because the end of the power cord is too large to fit through the top mounting bracket if the HDMI wire is already in the bracket. Those were minor hiccups, but an updated diagram or step-by-step instructions would make the installation easier.
