Hello Mr. Mijumbi, Thank you so much for your order, and for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about the creases in your screen. Unfortunately this is quite common with screens when first taken out of the box but the good news is that there's a fix. Our screens are made out of a thicker, triple layer material which allows for great performance attributes such as minimal bounce back, quieter at impact, increased durability, etc. One of the drawbacks of a thicker screen is that they are prone to "creasing" due to the textile having to be folded in order to be packaged and shipped. The good news is that, like other textiles, the creasing can be removed. One option is to give it time however a quicker solution is to apply heat with a compact steamer. Many customers, including commercial clients, use the compact steamer to remove the creases and wrinkles. You'll only have to do it once and you'll be good to go.
