We set out to create the very best, most realistic hitting strip on the market. Think Augusta fairways, think Pinehurst – the SIGPRO Softy is designed to feel like the very best fairways in the game.

How? After testing and deconstructing other mats from all the other companies, our design team discovered innovative materials and construction methods to produce the most realistic hitting surface that eliminates all possibilities of pain and soreness in your joints. The SIGPRO Softy is our most premium artificial turf that is second to none in playability, accuracy, and responsive shape.

Design

Softy’s innovative design starts in the middle with a super soft foam insert. A plush layer of 1-inch thick Teeline turf mimics real grass feel while providing 100% accurate feedback on great shots and mishits. A thin layer of responsive ABS polyurethane allows for the flex action to occur at impact and then returns the turf to its original shape.

Three compression slots on the bottom of the Softy act as release valves so as the turf is compressed at impact, the air pressure dissipates giving the golfer a realistic and smooth follow through without the sharp vibrations that other hitting mats produce.

Amazing product.

This product is great, before the sigpro I had to stop playing sim golf all together due to elbow pain, but this completely got rid of that. I rated this 4 stars just due to durability, it has been less than a year and my strip has significant wear and is almost unusable now. I had to order a second one.

Shipping was fast, but the overall product didn’t meet my expectations. The thickness is much greater than my putting area, and I don’t feel it’s an upgrade over my old EZ Tee mat. I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Great Mat

I’ve been using this mat for several weeks with my launch monitor. I definitely feel as if the ball responds in a very similar way as it does on the course. Bad shots feel bad and produce bad results. I’m very happy with this mat and it provides the realistic feel and feedback that I was looking for.

Excellent Hitting Strip

I injured myself on my previous golf mat. Bought the Sigpro Softy hitting strip and cut out a spot to insert it into the old mat. I had to build up a platform owing to its height, however it feels like I’ll never have to worry about injury again. It feels great, punishes my fat shots. Very happy, shipped in a reasonable amount of time
