Precision Tracking Technology
The Bushnell Launch Pro Golf Launch Monitor, from the trusted Bushnell Golf brand, offers exceptional accuracy for both indoor and outdoor play. This device employs advanced photometric infrared cameras to meticulously capture both ball and club data, providing a comprehensive analysis of your swing. It sits conveniently next to the golfer, approximately 2 ft from the tee, and effectively tracks shots within a 7" x 10" hitting zone. To ensure optimal club data capture, club stickers are required.
This high-precision system delivers crucial insights into your performance, including ball speed, launch angle, back spin, side spin, and carry distance. For club metrics, it measures club head speed, smash factor, and club path. With a total of 10 distinct data points, the Launch Pro is a valuable instrument for golfers aiming to refine their technique and improve their game. Its tour-level accuracy, whether you are on the course or using an indoor enclosure, ensures consistent, shot after shot performance. The ability to track both ball and club data allows for a thorough analysis of your numbers, empowering you to make data-driven improvements to your game. All data points mentioned are part of the Basic Subscription package, providing a solid foundation for understanding your golf swing.
Connectivity and Portability
The Bushnell Launch Pro is designed for seamless integration into your golf setup, offering multiple connectivity options including USB-C, Ethernet, and WiFi. This ensures reliable data transfer and compatibility with various devices. Its compact and portable design, measuring 6" (L) x 6.2" (W) x 12" (H) and weighing just 5 lbs, makes it easy to set up and transport, whether you're practicing at home or on the range. The device is powered by a battery that provides 5-7 hours of life, allowing for extended practice sessions without needing to be plugged in.
The package includes essential accessories to get you started: a Club Marker Pack, a USB-C Cable, a Power Cord, an Alignment Stick, and a Quick Start Guide. While the device is versatile, certain software, like FSX Pro, requires an iPad, and FSX2020 software necessitates a gaming PC. The Launch Pro is compatible with popular third-party simulation software such as GSPro and E6 Connect, expanding your virtual golfing possibilities. Its robust interface options and long battery life make it a highly flexible tool for any golfer.

United StatesEnjoy with frustration
Our group is having fun, but the putting is too unrealistic. After conversation with your customer service we expanded the gimme circle, but without a practice green on the software we can’t get a feel. We also found that the practice area is far more forgiving when striking the turf slightly before the ball. None in our group of 7 can hit the ball equal to our experience on the real course.
United States United StatesUnit sent bricked 2 minutes after turning on
I ordered a BLP, which arrived quick enough and as expected. However, when I first plugged it in, it initially powered on for about 2 minutes but then shut off and will not turn back on since then. There is no documentation or support available to help see what's going on, but possibly I was shipped a bricked unit. So far haven't been able to get ahold of either Bushnell or ShopIndoorGolf to get any support. I will update when I hear more, but for now, buyer beware.

Room Requirements and Setup
When planning your golf simulator setup, understanding the space requirements is crucial for an optimal experience. While the Bushnell Launch Pro itself is compact, the overall room dimensions will depend on your chosen enclosure, screen size, and swing clearance. For detailed guidance on space, you can consult our how much space you need for a golf simulator guide or use the golf simulator room builder to plan your bay.
The setup of the Launch Pro is straightforward due to its portable nature. Simply place the unit approximately 2 ft to either side of your hitting area. For those looking for a professional touch, professional assembly and installation services are available. Remember to account for ceiling height to ensure a full, unobstructed swing.
