Overall good experience

- Purchase was good - Shipping was sooner than 7-10 days advertised, so that was good - Although, I had to call them about one item that wasn’t shipped - Customer service is good. Need to try a few times before you can speak to someone, but when they do pick up the agents are really nice and responsive. - Set up of the enclosure was not fun. Need more instructions by the manufacturer - The project that came with my bundle is awful. Doesn’t fit the screen fully. I do realize it’s a cheaper model so I’ll upgrade later. This is my first SIM and it was pretty intimidating. Wish customer service was more readily available to support the install and projector setup. But, I did figure it out after 3 days of trial and error. I would still recommend the Indoor Golf Shop because they sent all the necessary pieces, which saves me a ton of time compared to if I had to sourced them myself.
