Uneekor EyeXO & SIG10 Setup
I waited until I had everything set up and running for 2 months before I wrote my review. WHAT I Bought - Uneekor EYEXO (View & Refine) - SIG10 Enclosure – Half Moon Rubber Ball Tray - ROXOR Control Box - Panasonic Projector(from The Indoor Golf Shop) - TGC 2019 Software 1) Ordering could not have been easier with Ricky. Ricky answered every question and concern. I ordered everything the week before Thanksgiving 2022. Most came within about 2-3 weeks, except for the Screen. That was backordered for 8 weeks. A perfect amount of time to dress up and paint the room I was using. In today's world of supply chain issues this was completely understandable. 2) Setup - The instructions for setting the SIG10 enclosure were Great. The instructions for the EYEXO Unit and the Projector were not "Super Detailed". If you are a DIYer, like me, you figure things out. There were a couple videos on YouTube of the EYEXO Setup, and they helped me filling the blanks. I did reach out to Ricky at The Indoor Golf Shop, and he gave me some direction as well. If you are someone who does not know how to "turn a wrench", I suggest you get a friend who can help get the setup right. You aren't building a spaceship, but it's not like snapping Legos together either. The biggest issue was Exactly How Far things need to be from each other and how to accomplish that. Again, if you aren't scared of a tape measure and a drill, you'll be fine. 3) The EYEXO Unit - All the distances that I know I can hit my clubs outside are more or less consistent with the EYEXO. If I have 1 Beef with anything, it’s Putting. It is tough reading a green outside. It’s even tougher on a screen inside. The biggest issue is distance. Where I make contact with the ball is roughly 10 feet from the screen. If the Putt I have is 10 feet and I hit it barely to the screen, it’s going to sail past the hole by about 10-15 feet. So when I hit a 10 foot putt, I can only put about “5 feet of Gas” behind it. I have gotten better with trial and error, and I will see when I get back outside if that translates to good things. I also think there are many more ways of improving your putting. 4) The Software – The EYEXO comes with the View and Refine. They are not exactly “Robust” when it comes to Playing Golf. BUT, when it comes to Practicing/Hitting the Driving Range? I think the only way it could be better is if a Pro was standing behind you. The Data, Video and Pictures this thing takes is Fantastic. If you want to see EXACTLY what the club is doing before during and right after contact, this thing is CRAZY Good. The Feedback of the video is the most impressive part. You see the club traveling to the ball, hitting the ball, and the ball launching off the face of the club. You see Everything. This is Really Helpful in figuring out what you are doing and what needs to be fixed. And then there are the Numbers. Not just Carry and Overall Distance, but a ton of information. The complete list of data points is somewhere in the description on the website. The Best part about the View Software that keeps track of all this data is that it can run Side by Side with the TGC 2019 Software, which I’ll talk about Next. 5) TGC 2019 Software – I played TGC Video Game on Play Station when it first came out, so I am familiar with how it works. I was NOT disappointed with the Simulator Version. You can play any course you want, and they are accurate as hell. There are Leagues Online you can join, that coincide with “Societies” inside the game. You can compete against others each and every day if you choose. Or if you just decide one Saturday morning while it’s Snowing at your house, “I think I’ll go play Augusta, or St. Andrew’s or Pebble or whatever”. Yea, you can just do that. IMO, this is THE Software you MUST have with ANY Golf Simulator you purchase. 6) Accessories – The Roxor Box is another MUST Have. Once you use it, you’ll thank me. The Half Moon Ball Tray is a nice thing that keeps the balls I am using somewhat organized. I wouldn’t say it’s a “Must Have”, but I like having it. The Projector they supply is a decent one. The picture is very good and the adjustments are all there for any issue you may have, such as the image Keystoning. Summary – Scoring this a 5 out of 5 seems like I’m pandering, but I’m just being Honest. I Love This Thing. I am playing golf now at least 3-4 times a week. I feel like my game is getting better. My Swing is Definitely Improving. The Entertainment Value of Competing with other players in different tournaments is Awesome. Like I said, the ONLY blemish I see so far is putting. And the actual Setup and Installation of the unit takes more thought and care than one may want to put in. But they are Far Outweighed by everything else this thing can do. I may come back and “amend” this review once I start playing outside again, just so I can speak to my game’s improvement. Bottom Line – If you can drop the coin for this, you will NOT be disappointed.

After a long wait due to production demand, I was incredibly excited to install and start using my new Uneekor Eye XO simulator. The enclosure took about 90 minutes to set up, very straightforward. Finding the correct distance and height to mount the projector was probably the most difficult aspect of the installation. Unfortunately after spending about 2 hour installing software, uninstalling software, changing the hitting mat position and every other troubleshooting method, the flight monitor would not pick up the ball flight. I was able to get Trevor on the phone who remoted in and determined that there was an issue with the cameras in the Uneekor. Disappointing to say the least, but he was very responsive and helpful in sending a replacement unit that I now have installed and have used almost every day since. The data is amazing and should be a game changer for my handicap. Love the TCG 2019 software that I opted to purchase as well.
