Josiah helped me with a technical issue I was having with my launch monitor. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He had everything running in about a half an hour. It was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I called and set up an appointment to talk with one of your Customer Support Service Consultants about updating and problem solving my current issues using the Golf Simulator. Josiah Ivery, who is part of your Customer Support Service Team called me back promptly at the time of the appointment. After a brief discussion identifying the challenges, he quickly assisted with corrective actions. In this day of age of experiencing very poor customer service with other companies , Josiah provided superb customer service. He was extremely polite and highly competent. I bought the QED. I installed it myself over the New Year's weekend. The new computer I bought for this had a Mcafee antivirus running and was causing a problem with the downloads. I scheduled an appointment with Indoor Golf. Josiah called and walked me through the setup. He was very helpful.

Josiah was very helpful in solving my questions around using TGC software. He was able to get my questions answered promptly and then upgraded my Uneekor software that was out of date. Very nice to deal with.
